For the first time in at least two decades, New York’s best football players are flocking to Syracuse

Syracuse, N.Y. — If you are considered one of the best high school football players in New York in the Class of 2025, odds are you’re headed to Syracuse.
On Wednesday the Orange signed six of the 10 best prospects in the state according to the 247 Sports composite rankings. The effort marks the first time in at least two decades that more than half of New York’s Top 10 signed with the Orange.
