    I have handcrafted hundreds of instruments over my 40 year career. This Backpacker/Strumstick is one of my first and finest creations.
    I closed my shop in Gatlinburg, Tennessee due to Covid and am now selling exclusively online.
    This gives me more time for building which is what I love to do!
    This Backpacker Dulcimer has 4 strings and plays the same as a lap dulcimer, but is strung up opposite - so can be hung around the neck.
    Crafted from beautiful black walnut and butternut hardwoods.
