Custom made adapter to convert your Herman Miller fiberglass shell chair with wide mount (stacking base) to the narrow mount hole pattern. Made of aluminum. If your rubber mounts are good this saves a lot of time and hassle of converting your chair to the narrow hole pattern. Once this adapter is installed you can use all the cool narrow mount bases that are not offered in the wide mount pattern.  Includes one set (4) of black fine thread screws.
