    LZB part number 10.000133.0001 this actuator works the lunbar feature in the back rest of a la z boy recliner made by Timotion TA9-2060-006 IF you need a TA4 2060 003  this TA9 2060 006 will work it is the same size as the TA4 2060 003 the TA9 2060 006 is just the NEWER version of the TA4 2060 003
