We require courier insurance coverage for all shipments with a value of 0 or more. No exceptions.

Any brokerage/customs/tarrif/duty/tax charges incurred from a shipment crossing the US/Canada border are the responsibility of the buyer. U.S. shipping rates are only valid for the continental U.S. and do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any U.S. locations outside the continental U.S.
Any lost shipment(s) or damage caused by the carrier are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers must take any claims to the carrier (UPS, US/Canada Post, etc) via the insurance coverage purchased with your shipping. We will assist with your claim in every manner possible, but you must open the claim with the appropriate carrier first.
