4-Port HDMI Splitter Ideal for Medical Environments The B127M-004-H pairs with Tripp Lites B127M-100-H receiver (sold separately) to transmit, split and extend 4K video for medical applications in hospitals, clinics, physicians offices and other medical environments where the source and display are farther apart than conventional A/V cables allow. This splitter conforms to strict EMI/RFI and ESD requirements. Splits and Extends a 4K A/V Transmission Up to 230 ft. The B127M-004-H extends 4K signals from an HDMI source device to four HDMI displays up to 230 feet (76.7 meters) away via user-supplied Cat6 cabling. Each display must be connected to a Tripp Lite B127M-100-H receiver (sold separately). Transmits Crystal-Clear 4K Video with Multi-Channel Audio The HDCP 2.2-compliant B127M-004-H supports Ultra HD resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 (4K x 2K) at 60 Hz, as specified by HDMI 2.0, with 36-bit Deep Color, 4:4:4 chroma subsampling and full, rich uncompressed DTS-HD, Dolby TrueHD and 7.1-channel digital audio. High Dynamic Range (HDR) provides a wide range of vibrant colors with richer contrast, brighter whites and deeper blacks that pop on 4K displays. Multi-Resolution Support Allows Mixing and Matching of Displays of Different Resolutions Say you want to connect your 4K source device to monitors of various video resolutions for instance, a 4K @ 60 Hz, a 4K @ 30 Hz and a 1080p @ 60 Hz. The B127M-004-H allows each connected monitor to display video at its maximum resolution without affecting the resolution of the other monitors. Local HDMI Port Supports 4K @ 60 Hz Resolution To monitor the video signal being extended to the receivers, connect a 4K display to the local HDMI port with a user-supplied HDMI cable. This port does not support multi-resolution capabilities, so the connected monitor must also support 4K/60 Hz to function properly. Built-In PoC Technology Provides Power to Avoid Bulky External Power Bricks Power over Cable (PoC) technology powers the receivers over Cat6 cable.
